Judging by the large shoulder part my first guess would be the side stand bolt - but if your side stand is still attached to the frame it obviously isn't.

My second guess is that it's not from your bike like Craig says. Firstly, there's no place I can think of that a bolt that size would fit a 750 (except my first guess), secondly, the bolt seems pretty worn compared to the bike in your avatar.

Again, if it were me I'd go over every nut and bolt on the bike front to rear with a fine tooth comb just for peace of mind.

Thanks for all the replies guys, I really appreciate it. I have looked my bike up and down and sideways and in and out and all the bolts seem to be there unless it is somewhere I couldn't see. As was mentioned it might not even be from my bike, and it seems to be looking that way now. I feel a lot better after getting your guys opinions because I really don't know too much about bikes yet. Most of the bolts on my bike seem to have a number stamped onto them and this one doesn't also it seems to be rusted a lot more than the majority of bolts on my bike. I'll conclude its not from my bike but hang onto it just in case. Thanks again for the help.

Don't know about a 750, but on my 1000 the brake rod bolt has a hole in the end for a safety pin. But it sure does look like a center stand bolt. Reach up under there feel around and see if there's an empty hole. Should be two pivot bolts. One on each side.

For real? Well, that isn't very good. I'll have to check that out right away.
