My second guess is that it's not from your bike like Craig says. Firstly, there's no place I can think of that a bolt that size would fit a 750 (except my first guess), secondly, the bolt seems pretty worn compared to the bike in your avatar.
Again, if it were me I'd go over every nut and bolt on the bike front to rear with a fine tooth comb just for peace of mind.
