Hi guys- I'm from the other side of the fence, but looking for some info on Morris Mags. I bought this bike and it came with them. I want to eventually sell them to someone with green underwear, but I don't know too much about them. Are they worth anything? I mean, the set on ebay for $900- the guy is mainstreaming a crack/meth/Drano blend, right? The rear is a 16, front is 19. Were they all the same two sizes? Any distinguishing marks to make them belong to a specific bike?

As has been said before, they are worth exactly what a buyer is willing to pay. How much are you willing to sell them for? If I was looking for a set, I would hold out to find some for a few hundred not much more.

Are you sure they are Morris Mags? or standard KZ wheels?
I'm not sure if Morris made a 16", but I was more familiar with there use in racing then possible street replacement.

Also, the real race rims had material compounds that would brittle with age... someone here should know more about that then me.

Anyways.. nice CBX I have 2 and they are a Love/Hate relationship. check em out at www.MikesBikeBarn.com Oh I have an extra CBX wheel in case you want to start getting back to stock.

Morris Mags will fit about any bike just by changing the bearing adapters.

I bought a NOS set still in the box (16 and 19) for $150 plus shipping on eBay.

I have a set of front adapters that will bolt that front wheel to a KZ 650/750 twin/1000.
