Serial number help again was created by Red Good
Kz100ae097722 Got a guy wants a frame and need to know what model and rubber mounted or solid before I start . Pretty certain it's a 1000 but that's all I got . Any help is appreciated . Thanks Red

kawasaki put motors from the same VIN series in a number of models...from the info you've posted, the motor could have come from a 1980 KZ1000C3 (Police), 1980 KZ1000B4 (LTD), or a 1980 KZ1000A4 (standard). None had rubber mountings.

And the best news is it's a MKll motor ! It will fit in any 73-80 frame,.the '81 J Models started the next generation of motors that had different mounts.
