Hmmm, other then first mileage break in stretch that is normal in any chain, I haven't had to adjust mine within several thousand miles. And I do check regularly, slack to specifications, just lube and good to go...
Ah well, no biggy....

Sorry, but 630 chains are for little girls "Barbie" bicycles. Below is a truly manly chain that I'll be using on my otherwise stock KZ650 next time I change chains (I just need to find the right sprockets) :woohoo:

Au Contraire! His 650 would have no problem spinning that chain. Take another look and pay attention to how the guy standing is out of focus and the chain is in close focus. It's like one of those pictures where you hold up a 10 lb fish and have someone standing back twenty feet to pretend they're holding up a 150 lb monster fish. It's all in the perspective.
That chain is probably 3" across and is being held up by two pieces of thread

ya gotta quit buying that bulk 630 chain by the barrel from jc whittney! :woohoo:otakar wrote: NOPE just sharing my experience. I bought my components from Jeff Saunders and am extremely happy with the choice. The conversion much exceeded my expectations. Where I used to adjust my chain once or even twice a week with the 630 roller chain, I now do it less than once a month. I run a Tsubaki "Sigma" chain now and am ecstatic with it. I have also found this chain to corrode MUCH MUCH Less than my old "Diamond" roller chain.
