So, I ordered some from Redline and they were the same size. At this point I really doubt both of these folks would send the wrong part so the next conclusion is that my bike has something other than what's supposed to be on it. The picture is what came off the bike and what I received from both Z1 and Redline. The larger boot on the right is what came off the brake. Any ideas?
Would measure size of the caliper piston which might be 42mm instead of 38mm.
Z1E likely also carries the larger size.
Good Fortune!

You're right, it needs to be measured prior to ordering (see Z1E note):

KZ_Rage, are you saying when they went to a larger piston, everyone forgot about the need to make a larger dust boot?

If you have the 42mm piston and your dust seal is for the 38mm then contact Jeff at Z1 about the kit coming in with the wrong dust seal in it.
