the B in the serial number says ltd to me anyway.how much are you trying to rake the frame,streetbike-dragbike?
have you thought about picking up a differant kz frame to rake,the 900 ltd's are on the scarce side .
id be willing to bet somebody looking to restore a chopped up 900ltd would pay decent money for that origional frame,regular kz900/1000 frames can be picked up pretty cheap

is there a bracket for rear master cylinder welded on frame just under the right rear shock mount?thats a 76 900/ltd only thing

Here is another project, It is for sale.
KZ900 with offset bearing plate from Irishwill.
Chromoly swingarm, with struts, and roller bearings for the neck. It has a NYState title
