Find Key # for 1980 KZ1000 b4 LTD

I lost my original key Lion;s Crest key. I have another aftermarket key that works. I notice in various sites they have 3 digit pre cut keys for sales. I have looked at all 3 locks on the bike with luck of finding a digit #.

What can I do to find out this key code so I can get an origianl pre cut Lions' Crest?

I always unbolt the seat lock and have the key made from it.

What roy said,im thinking they quit marking #s on lock sometime after 78.
none of the 80 ltds ive ever had had the # on the lock,but most of my older bikes did

not sure about the 81/newer csr bikes,i dont remember any of my 5-6 80 1000ltd bikes ive had ever having the number on the locks though.
my z1's and kz's up to 78 did have them though
