Lions Crest Key

Trying to find the pre cut for My 1980 kz1000 B4 LTD. I pulled the lock out and have a number: Z5867. I do remember my origial key had a 3 digit number on it. If I could find a way for a look up of this z# I could purchase on very easy. So, what is the pre cut for Z5867?
