I need to pull my pingel adapter plate off my tank so I can give the inside a good cleaning. I don't have a replacement gasket or any of the hylomar gasket sealer to put it back when I'm done. I can't seem to source Hylomar Blue anywhere in Canada. What do you folks use?

WOW Hylomar! I wish I could get some of that again. I searched permatex, don't know if they still make it.
I learned that from the infamous "Elmer Trett" Top Fuel bike pioneer.
He said hylomar was the only sealer that would seal up his nitro motor cylinder head.
At that time Elmer had the fastest bike on the planet!
It was nice, never hardened, always stayed pliable. I used to use the spray on my copper head gaskets.
Very forgiving on a pourus surface. Best stuff ever!
