just bled my brakes after a complete overhaul and man was that easy, watched 1 video on youtube and read the directions and bam, awesome lever action. i have never bled brakes before so i was quite hesitant but this tool made it easy, and i got it for 30 bucks at autozone!

1978 kz650 sr- long time project/first bike mostly gone
1979 kz659 sr- new acquisition NEXT project GONE

Both 650s combined to make one great bike! with a new powerplant

it is a 79 frame, 78 front end, both 78 wheels and brakes, 78 body work and a 80' 750-4 motor with gpz 750 cams and a kerker and...

thanks i linked it into my needs list on my thread...it is right what i need about now and can never find when im out shopping...i typed it in a search, and found it at a big truck sales place...check by them this week....nice link thanks again

no problem, the issue im having now is that i cant seem to get great pressure from the front brakes... pads are good but i think my master cylinder is leaking a bit..:pinch:

seems i always had an extra that worked...but i may need to take a stab at rebuilding a whole brake system as opposed to mounting newer/used parts.....i have seen some nice universal machined aluminum cyl's on auction for 49.99 + shipping...we all have seen em im sure....

on some projects it may be the way i go...gonna try a blow through and draining in place and refill the whole system on my gs then use the tool you showed to fill it..see if i can save whats there into working again..doubtful..but that tool i have needed for a while and cant find local till now....
