Stipped..... was created by mrxtreme3
I own a 1970 Kz 650 and Today i was tightening my bike chain, and when I was i began to tighten up the bolts that tighten up the bolts that tignten up the chain( idk if that makes sense, best i could explain it) and it stripped the threads on the inside of the frame. is it done for? are there anyways to fix this? \

My camera got smashed so I'm unable to but, you know the bolts you use to tighten the drive chain on the left and right? It's the one on top of those to tighten those up.

If you are talking about the piece on the end of the swingarm that has a dimple in it,then you can just get that piece or get a long enough bolt to go all the way through. Roy

Maybe the pic below will help. Which bolts are you having the problem with, and did you use a torque wrench when tightening them or were you doing it by "feel"? Ed

before trying to adjust 20/21 you need to loosen the axle bolt and nut

Would consider Z1 Enterprises as a preferred source for chain and sprockets.
