Only the 110 dragged and only at speed when the tire expanded a bit. 100-90-19 is the correct size.DivideOverflow wrote:

Yeah, on mine the thing dragged the front fender when I got up to 50 mph.DivideOverflow wrote:

I used Michelins and Dunlops before but now run V-rated Pirelli Sport Demons on mine and I like them a bunch! Ed
On the front, is there a particular handling issue you think a 110/90 would cause?
I run 110-90-18 on the back, 100-90-19 on the front. The rear looks a shade small so you can go up to 120-90-18.
Did you drag the front fender trying a 110/90? Or a 100/90?

Here's how lazy I am: I bought the 110-90 because it was the closest they had to what I needed. When I realized it dragged the fender in the front, I took the fender off and used a file to "slot" the mounting holes enough to raise the front of the fender about 1/4". I wasn't going through all the hassle of taking the wheel off and getting a new tire again. I went ahead and ran it. Didn't affect handling, did make the speedometer read a bit higher.650ed wrote: The 100/90 19 does not interfere with the fender at any speed. Ed
