Where can i get the inner runner for the cylinder on the handle bar? its off a 1980z1000. The assembly is fine just the rubber internal piece is junk. Thanks

Are you taking about the rubber trapezoid shaped diaprhagm? Under the cover?
Or the round piston in the bore?
Any picture?

yes the runner trapezoid under the cover on the brake master cylinder.

The rubber diaphragm isn't listed at ebay under 43028-1002.

Plate 43027-1002 (between the top cover and rubber diaphragm) is shown as "cancelled."

Searching 43028-1002 on ebay produces the following:
