KZ750 with ZR550 rear end Sprocket Convertion!!!!

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anybody had any ideas on a convertion or what size sprockets I should put on to bring the new combination to stock with a 520 chain? Have a 1981 KZ750 with a ZR550 swingarm and rear rim. Can't remember off the top of my head but I believe a stock sprocket set on a kz 750 is 13/32.

520 and 530 have same 5/8" pitch (link length). Whereby same conversion ratio applies when comparing to 630.

Both 630 and 530 are 3/8" wide. Whereas 520 is 1/4" wide, thereby affording 1/16" additional space between chain and sidewall of rear tire.
