Like this?... I have had several made quite easily.. this one is for a 750 Katana. 15T/+5mm off-set. #520 chain.

Jim thats pretty dam nice! How much does an offset front cost? & rear?, i'll prob need both when i get round to building the Z650

I was just toying with the idea of making my own rear sprocket today out of 7075 aluminum. material is quite expensive though, plus it would need typeIII hard anodized afterwards for added wear. Cheaper to just buy one, however I could make a custom pattern if I did my own.

dshelly.. there are at least 6 different arcs that make up the tooth and that's just from the peak of the tooth to the bottom of the valley. Have you ever made one?
The one you see on the CNC is 7075-t6 and hard anodized.
