Vmax swing arm on kz 1100 was created by Darkangel
In my attempt to get my 1100 to a cafe style, I ran across a vmax rear end and wondered could I get swap out the rear end with some mods? The vmax can fit a larger tire and they make heavier shafts for them. What are your thoughts on that?

When you say drives are talking about the splines and u joint. I was thinking if need be just taking the shaft from the vmax and from the kz and having them fitted, welded and then reinforced.

another big consideration would be the width of the arm. if it is very much wider than the kz, u will need to cut widen and reweld the kz frame.

make sure which direction the output shaft of the v-max turns in relation to the direction the kz output shaft turns.
