I am also considering buying the pictured chain guard, cutting 3-4 inches off the front and having it welded on the back. That would make it just about perfect. I don't know if I'd be able to blend it enough to make it look right before chroming though.
I was hoping someone would say, "Check out this website, they have what you need". That would be easy!

any idea what that would cost? i need to find a zx one that fits or make my own....how about drawing a pattern for what you need and taking it to a shetmetal shop and have them make you one?
