New suspension or new header?

My other idea(the option I'd rather do) is maybe just a new header and tail pipe that has better ground clearance.
Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Go to a side winder pipe, Sucks dealing with the brake pedal but it will give you the clearance you need.

It has a 18" front wheel and I think the shock mounting points on the GS swing are are farther back. Those two things make it lower.

Side winder pipe? Not sure what that is exactly. What brands make a pipe like that?
