tire sizes for 79 ltd 1000

Having trouble finding front tires for my 79 kz 1000. I want to go with the spitfire because it has the raised white letters but having trouble with size.

currently on the bike is front 4.10 H 19. im told is 120 90 19
rear is mt 90 16

rim size of front is j 19xmt 2.15
rim size of rear is t 16X3.00 tl
I dont know if the tire size or the rim size is origional so i just want to be sure I have the right tire size.

I think 4.10-19 is closer to 110-90-19 in metric. I think 120-90-19 is closer to 4.60-19.

I ran a 190 /50/ 16 on my streched swingarm. I bought a 650 to part out and it had the identical tire on it. That really suprised me!
The 76 LTD has a 190/ 30/ 16 .

There is only about 1/4 gap with the 190/ 50. This is a Dunlop.
