I have a 1981 kz1100a shaft drive. Did they make a 17" rear rim that will fit my bike? Alot of the sportbike tires I like don't come in 16s. I would like to go to a 17" if possible.

i believe you will have to have one custom altered to work.

i saw a v-max that kosman had taken the hub out of a v-max wheel and installed it into a busa wheel so the guy could have a 200mm wide 17.

I was hoping that maybe a later year had a 17 that would swap. I will probably just have mismatched tires front and rear. Does anyone know if 140/90 16 is the widest rear you can fit on a shafty? I saw a few 150/80 16s
