will a 2nd rotor bolt on a 78 spoke wheel was created by ramtough_63

Ok I am a little embarrased to say but I never removed my front wheel during my resurection

I was told that under the little chome cap on the right side were the mounting holes for a second rotor for dual disc is this right or do I need to find a different front rim

getting ready to have my front wheel relaced and a new tire happy to see that my info was good now to find a front Rotor
