kz750 ltd h2 - side stand problem was created by steelhorseangel
hi kzr's

my project bike leans over too much.
the side is straight and is the correct one
for my bike. it leans like the leaning tower
of pisa, or your best buddy after a night
on the town.

does anyone else have a kz750 ltd h2
that leans over too far please? it just looks
dangerous!

is there another longer sidestand that will fit,
or a modification that i can do/have done please.
can you imagine after three years restoring
your project bike and it falls off its perch,
so to speak.

to park your bike like this, causes a small
laughing crowd! :( help me please!

any advice greatly received!

many thanks everyone!

Measure the length of the side stand, from the foot/ base to the bolt hole center. Post it up, and hopefully one of the fellows with a 750 LTD can check to see if that is the same. Also sometimes the Tab where the stand bolts onto becomes bent, letting the bike lean more. Does the stand tuck in nicely when raised? Or is it out from under the swing arm? Pictures could help.
There are a lot of different length stands for the Kawasaki models, maybe yours is not the original?
Is yours Black or Chrome?
