I probably have a complete front end that would work. You would have to find the other caliper, splitter, and disk. Your master cylinder would have to be up graded to a 5/8 dual disk master.
I do have all the parts you need but would want over $200.00 for that. I would just have to sit down and figure the price. Roy

We'll see how it goes. Stock forks are 36mm at the clamps, ZX10 is 50 I think. About 9/16ths fatter. If they look totally wrong I'll go another route. Worst case I might be able to find a dual disc KZ parts bike for cheap.
I really want duals, my mind is set on that.

the normal path taken when adding a dif set of forks, is to swap the steering stems out. u remove the zx10 stem and kz stem and swap them. then the zx front end just bolts up to your kz. there is other work involved but thats how it all starts.
to satisfy your need of dual disks, a complete kz set up would be the cheepest and simplest.

Yeah I've been reading up on what it takes to swap forks and it's not terrible. I might be collecting parts over the summer and tackle the swap once the riding season is over. Focus on getting the ZX600 on the road too, would make it easier to do work on the KZ. Have to have at least one bike ridable all summer.
I am of the opinion USD forks look fantastic on KZs.
