Clubman bars...too short? was created by ldizzle
The bike is a 82 KZ750LTD.
No major mods at all. There were superbike bars on it when I purchased the bike which are cool- I just wanted to checkout the clubmans everyone raves about.
So I did some research- picked out a generic pair on ebay- The arrived today...came home, took them out of the box and immediately to the bike.
No problem dismantling everything- took off the other bars.
Put on the clubmans- adjusted them for feel and started loading the components back onto the bars...
everything is too big! brake pull& master.. clutch pull. blinks & controllers.
what do you guys do to get these to fit?
grip lenghth is 10in per side

I have clubmans reversed on a Yamaha and they work great. You may have to change grip length to shorter ones

Yeah, right now they are too short- Did you just flip them upside down?

ldizzle, the front blinkers have to be relocated to use the clubmans, at least in the down position, The stock cables can be used with some creative routing.
