I'm looking at the Tarozzi rear sets myself with my 80 LTD in mind. The mounting points look identical to the other KZ 1000 models.
Has anyone successfully put these on their LTD, or is there another rear set I should be looking at?
Thanks guys

the mounting is the same from 73-80 on 900's and 1000's.no matter ltd or std.
81 and on may be different not sure.
so you should be able to utilize a set for any kz 900-1000 1980 or below.

There is a difference with the brake linkage depending on drum vs disk brake so keep that in the back of your mind.

It sounded suspect to me, which is why I posted up here...
Thanks for the feedback.

On the cross breeding, not sure what they are meaning but, you got disc brakes, my stuff is a bolt on replacement, all you add is the master cylinder, ZX6 part easily purchased off eBay, shifter link, modify the ole shifter to take the link bolting on and the pressure switch for the brake light. Setup is a proven success cheap at less than $300 shipped to your door!

I put a set of Tarrozis on my LTD. the MC pushrod is different form the KZ1000A, otherwise they are bolt on. Unless you are going for a period correct piece i would definitely go with Les' rearsets; same price but much higher quality.
