I think there's enough room for a 160 tire could fit but 130 is wide enough for me.

I didn't think I'd notice a difference but the bike does handle better with the aluminum swingarm and wider tire combo. I am just guessing that it's a Cal Fab. It's an old swingarm and it's aluminum, who else made them 30+ years ago?kaw-a-holic wrote: Did you notice much difference? Is that the widest tire you could fit in that swingarm? 98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition,headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

If you're running a stock rear tire, 130 is as wide as you can go. I believe on a 2.5" rim, the widest advertised width is 120mm.

If it has tits or tires, it'll give you problems!
