Did you try it from opisite side?
Is the sleeve mushroomed, will it go in at all?
How did you install the bearings?
Somebody on here just last week suggested having a swingarm pivot tube line honed to make sure it was straight/round before installing new bearings in but was told it was a waste of time/money.
I wonder what it would cost compared to the time/money spent on a trashed set of new bearings? :woohoo:

Try the bolt in the sleave before installing in the arm. Make sure its not mushroomed on the ends, like wireman said. You may have to deburr it with a file or die grinder. It should slide together pretty easily. Don't forget to clean the bolt as well, check it for burr's.
