Removed and lubed up the caliper bolts on the front and back brakes of the 750. Took for a test drive and had the front brake tighten up. Quit using the front brake but the brake light went on and the brake lever then had no freeplay plus a hot caliper. limped home and opened the bleeder. My question is because the caliper has behaved in the past could there be checkvalve stuck not allowing the fluid to return to the slave cylinder
Thanks

You most likely either have a wrong brake lever or one that doesn't fully return - or, at least as likely, the smaller of the two holes inside your master cylinder is clogged up. Using one strand from an electrical wire will fit and can be used to clean the hole.
