Martin: Yeah, the wheels on my bike both have disc brakes on them. I am pretty sure this KZ750 is a LTD, but not 100% on that. I'll try looking online for larger model KZ... that might do the trick. When looking online, what numbers should I use to compare... barring size, axel size.. or something else?
WABBMW: I might be interested in the front wheel, if it fits... but as I stated above, my 750 has disc brakes front and back... and it looks like your rear wheel is a drum... they both look way nice though.

The best match will probably be the 1000CSR mentioned above, but I don't know if the disks will line up etc. The 650CSR Fr wheel is a single disk, but it will accept a second disk - I think it's basically the same as the 1000CSR. I would search the KZ gallery for any 750-4s w wire spoked wheels to see what others have done (they all came stock w cast alloy mag wheels, so any w spokes have had the wheels swapped).

But is was a 650 frame and a 750 motor... so sort of not the best example... how weird is it that NO ONE on here has a 750-4 with spoke wheels. You'd think that there would be at least one... oh well, I guess I'll be the first, if I can get it to work...
I did find some 750 twins that had the wire spoke tires... but they were all pre 1980's ...so did they switch to the mag wheels in the '80s?

My 750 is a 1980 as previously stated, would those mag wheels from my bike be tubeless as well? ...and to answer your question, no, I haven't tried to change a tube out on a bike by hand, but I watched someone try it once and I learned pretty quick that it is a really HARD job and darn near impossible.
