So my KZP 1000 hass this after market suspension that you fill with compressed air. The connectors were leaking all over the place so I put some Teflon tape on them. It will keep air in it overnight now. I filled it up and took it for a ride yesterday. It was too low and wore a half inch groove in my rear tire. So now my tire is ruined.
Is there a way to fix the shocks or should I buy new ones? If I do what should I use? Should I try to use air filled ones again?

I would buy some new shocks I put new progressive on my goldwing and occasionally have to add air I'm sure its a sloooow leak at my connection or schrader valve but either way new shocks are in order
My dad used to use fix a flat in the old air ride suspensions on cars that would work for sometimes upto a year but I think they hae changed the formula so im not as convinced it will anymore
