Well I did some searching of the kz200 gallery and the kz400 gallery and they sure do look like the same front end to me dimensionally wise anyway,so atleast that gives you an other avenue to search for parts to do a complete front end swap

If the upper tubes are same diameter he might even be able to keep the kz200 triple trees since they fit the frame and just change everything else from there down and the master cylinder

I liked it.
It worked surprisingly well when properly maintained, and no fluid messes. It performed better than a drum, better feel etc, and was about as reliable.
