Swing arm will bolt in, and you better take a look at those conversion bearings, I think they both use the same bearings. Put a ZX750A swing arm and forks on a 79 KZ650SR a few years ago, modified the arm to run dual shock.
I don't recommend the ZX750A or E forks, no advantage to them compared to your stock forks.
