What brakes are these? was created by NickMac
Attached is photo of some brakes that where transplanted onto my 1977 kz650B1. As they are not original I have no idea what type of brakes these are.
My goal is to purchase the correct caliper and master cylinder rebuild kits for both front and rear disc brakes.
Also if anyone happens to know what wheel bearing/ seals i need for the wheels pictured it would be appreacited.
thanks for all your help. thus far this board has been the best source of knowledge for my rebuild.
Thanks,
Nick

They look like early 81-82 GPZ 550 wheels and brakes...not sure.
But they are TOKICO calipers.

The front forks also look like they are from a KZ550 or 550GpZ. Notice they are leading axle with the drain screw at the rear (not the side) and they have no tab for a fender stay; I don't know of other KZ bikes with that config. Ed
