As we had discussed earlier, brand of tire has a big effect on your final outcome.
Did the arm mock up well?

WHY?
I mean even if it is just a show bike that you will never ride it's supposed to be functional...
Don't you think?
It should still be functinal. Its not off by very much. I wish i could find the topic i read on here before were everyone was discussing this. People was saying that the wheel can be off center and chances are you wont notice it. Just make sure the sprockets are in line.

the hub of the r1 wheel is centered but the rim is offset from the hub.stock r1 cushdrive no machining.
you cannot notice any difference in turn in either direction, you sit in the middle of the bike and remove your hands from the bars and it goes straight down the road at 70 mph plus.
here is a pic with a 190-55/17 metzler.
no way would i even consider a 630 pitch chain, totally unnecessary imho.

I really like your bike. I think the rear rim looks really good on there. It dont bother me with it being off center. This is excatly what i wanted to do. I have a almost new race chain put it on last season. and dont have the money to spend on a new chain. Iam also in the process of finishing my motor up and moneys starting to get tight on this project. So i hate to say it but i am try to cut the safest corner i can if you know what i mean. Instead of skimping on engine parts to buy new chain i will just try to get my old one there. Already got a back sprocket on the way. Just need to get front.
