i know its prob been asked a thousand times but gonna ask again.
need new rear shockes for the bike thay are just plan tired
i have read some were that the stock shocks wern't real great when new so was wondering were to go get some decent ones the bike is a 80 550 ltd
dont need racing shockes i ride it most of the time by myself but on acation wife rides with me me my self hit about 220lbs with the wife its about 350ish or less so was just wondering what you guys serjust

The original rear shocks really were better suited for pogo sticks. If you're considering staying close to stock consider Hagon shocks for the rear. Contact Dave Quinn (see link) and he will set up a pair for your specific bike, riding style, weight, etc. I put a set on my bike 6 years ago and they are still great! Along with providing superior suspension they have stainless steel bodies and shrouds. Mine are like #4 in bottom picture. Ed
