HEHEHEHEHEHE  , I don't know where I read that the plungers were the same. HOWEVER, I DID in fact find someone who paid someone to reproduce these in Australia... www.kawariders.com.au/showthread.php?204...&highlight=diaphragm
I hope this helps. Either that or we could get a group of people together to have these reproduced stateside?
Wow, I didn't realize that everyone needed these. Hahaha, interesting.

You're right about the bloke who got some F/Brake reservoir diaphragms made up - I bought one from him recently for my Z1-R and its a great fit (he may have some left). Got some front caliper seal kits thru Z1 Enterprises but the dust boots don't fit the pistons - have sent them a query and am waiting for a reply; I got my brake hoses from Z1Parts - pretty good price. The Z1Enterprises master cyl kit (subject of this thread) fits well - will let you know how the whole system performs when I get it back itogether.

weales, very nice. Glad to hear that. Hopefully, I get this girl back together before the end of the week. So many projects to complete and so many errands to complete. I will hopefully get my finances in order to at least get my bikes done and will post up pics of my rides and let you know how it goes. If you could pm me the price you paid to get that diaphragm I would be stoked. I'm glad that the world is a whole lot smaller today than it was ten years ago.
I'm dying to transport at least one of my bikes to Australia someday in the near future so I can ride with those who really love the Z bikes the most IMO. lol

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHey D3. Is there any chance that you also have a replacement or substitute for the rubber damper/washers used to mount the Z1R master cylinder reservoir? They are part number 92075-1038.

I made some once but it was a pain, and now I need more...

I guess there are still some out there, but the price is high...
