Center stands are a dime/dozen on ebay,now all those stock exhaust systems that got tossed back in the 70s might be worth something! :woohoo:

Heres a 77 kz900a4 frame,just a left over version of your frame sold in 77 .
Here it is getting an oversized back bone and some bracing mocked up,that gpz frame is well beyond what the kz frame was in stock form.

Tires! The tires we enjoy today are way beyond anything the designers of our KZ's could ever plan for. Continental is now making radial tires to fit our vintage wheels!

I believe Kawasaki used lessons learned from the Z1/KZ900 when they designed the KZ650 frame because the KZ650 frame is pretty stiff. Ed

If you would of told me that 5 years ago I would have laughed,but after seeing a few stock 650/750 frames Im a believer! :laugh:
The early 650s and a lot of the 750s actually used same diameter forks with shorter tubes than the 900/1000s,thats why I snag up 650 fork legs anytime I can get them cheap for lowering 900/1000 bikes
