Axle Help for hardtail kz 750 was created by anewmanbp
I am doing a garage bob of a 1979 kz 750 twin. Most of my mechanical knowledge is electrical so there are certain things that I just dont have the answers too. I welded on a hardtail to my bike and it is looking awesome, but am having problems using the stock wheel and axle. My issue is that with the swingarm now out there is way too much space between the axle plates so the wheel slides a few inches back and forth. Anyone with help would be great? Maybe a spacer? I dont know

sounds like new wider axle, and custom spacer time.
line up the front and rear sprockets (a string works for a straight edge,or laser) and measure what spacers you are going to need.
