The one extra iron I always found useful was about 6" long and had a right angle end to hook on the spoke. You raise the bead then hook the small iron to hold it and then work around using the long irons.

I have this stuff....
... but need a bead breaker... without one, no thanks... changing tires is hard.
I've never actually seen one of these in use - only youtube videos.
