Probably would have been easier but for me this option was a lot cheaper. I mean it only took time and minimal effort. I just hope one day this bike will actually make it to the street lol.

Thats a pretty nice looking arm you built Supermoto! I like your elimination of the torque arm idea.

Found out a 2005-2006 GSXR1000 swingarm is 23.5" from center of front pivot bolt to center of axle. Not sure of the front pivot tube width but on past GSXR arms they would fit inside a KZ frame...although some adjustments would be needed to fit tight.

I'm interested to see more of your build
we are building a kz900 with an extended busa swingarm and a mono shock..
Test ride great no wiggles or shake.. Had to shim I believe welded and braced the battery no area for clearance and new rear peg mount area.. Just gotta put t back together after paint..
Can't wait to her more of your build..

My bad experiences
I've seen so many extended swingarms on all different bikes and when we get them you see how dangerous they were and how hacked..
Many look and drive great but later you see stupid wheel play.. Someone used a non hardened steel washer.. Beefed one side more then the other.. Went with a single sided swingarm which was practically doomsday on the axel shaft and bearing.. Let alone trying this on a 40 year old frame..
I like the look and peoples vision but never cut any corners on your ride.. Especially if you go two up..
