Z1 Frame Repair was created by Vranasaurus
I could kick myself right now. I got my z1B frame back from the powder coater and was starting to put things back together when I suddenly realized that one of the mounting tangs for the center stand was broken off.
Anyone know of someone who does or has fabricated that piece?
Or is it time to go to the bike salvage yard and see if they have a junk frame?

Make a cardboard template from one of the other tabs, cut it out of steel and weld it on. If you pc'd the frame black just hit that repair area with paint.

I got some 1/4" steel and fabbed me a piece. I still have some more filing to do to get it to fit and then find someone to weld it. Luckily once it is painted and the bike assembled I doubt anyone will notice.
What year KZ? If I can't get this piece to work right I will let you know.
