If those are stock 1000-Ltd bars, they don't look like the 650-CSR's which were narrower & terrible.
Here's a side view of the BMW Med Tall Street bars. The Big bikes are probably longer, so the reach may be different.

On my KZ 750 LTD it looks like the bars reach back 2 to 3 inches behind the gas tank filler cap and the brake lever is actually 4 to 5 inches behind the front forks. On your KZ 650 with the Flanders bars it looks like your bars reach back to the gas filler cap (or maybe just a bit beyond) and your brake levers are just about even with the front forks. That's a pretty big difference.
