The disc I used were from a Honda, but redrilled to a 4.
And if I remember the only difference was the weight vs the stock KZ rotor.
The outward spacing I think your referring to is the same on a spoke rim vs. a mag.

I won't be home till before the 4th if you need more.
Then I could throw on some calipers, take measurements etc..

I used 650/4 triple trees on my Superbike and the dimensions were all the same except for less trail. I remember the 650's using a smaller diameter front disc. Plus the kz750/twin rear hub is the same as the rear hub on the 1977/1978 KZ1000A models too!!!

All Z1 and the US KZ900 with single disc had the thicker front disc, while the Z900 and Z/KZ1000's had the thickness decreased for the dual discs.

I am in the middle of the same swap right now, except I have the wire wheel. Everything mocks up just fine, only issue I'm having is I don't think my stock master is moving enough fluid. I can't get any decent lever feel from it, and I think I'm gonna have to swap to the ugly one that came with the calipers I scored. That one needs rebuilt though.(maybe so does mine. I will keep you posted. Plan b is a gsxr master, and homemade mirror bracket.
Mine:
04 Honda rebel 250(wifes)
04 GSXR 750(bolt on galore)
98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition, headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.
