kz1000 cafe project
front master cylinder for kz1000 /w clip ons was created by kamakazie1000
As stated, I'm going to be using clip ons on my 77 kz1000 cafe project. The front master cylinder that came on the bike was the original and it's irreparably corroded. It's a dual front disk set up so the new master needs to be a 5/8 piston, am I right? Are there any other requirements? Are there any units from modern sport bikes that make easy swaps? Dime city cycles has a few universal units with 5/8 pistons and remote mounted reservoir for a decent price, but right now I'm just looking to gather some info on the subject.
