My bike didnt have a center stand on it when I bought it so I purchased one , the only ? I have is when I get bolts for it are there any rubber bushings that go in the holes where the bolts go. I bought the spring but I still have to buy the bolts does anyone have a set of bolts and nuts laying aroung

No rubber bushing or any other bushing.
The shouldered bolts fit snugly through the stand's mount holes.
Lots of good info on kawasaki.com, including parts diagrams, part names, part numbers, models sharing same part, availability, etc. Here's a link for help with navigating the site and finding information.

Take a look at the parts diagram that includes the center stand on the standard model.
In the parts list shown under the diagram, see #16 "Footrests/Stands."
Good Fortune!
