Rims, sizes and interchangeable?

I have a Z650-D2 on which I need a new rear rim, because the old one is in really bad condition.
I currently have the standard 16x3.0 (?) rim. I really want a bigger rim on the rear wheel (I'm thinking about the same size as the front wheel, which is 19"). So I've found this one which is 18x2.15 and is from a Z650-B
Will this work? And are the parts interchangeable, e.g. can I use the same disc brake and the same wheel assembly parts?

Ok, but do you think it will fit? And can I use the rear wheel parts I already have with it?650ed wrote: That wheel definitely is NOT from a Z650-B. All the Z650-B bikes came with wire wheels, not alloy. Ed

If I knew that I would buy a lottery ticket! Without knowing what year & model motorcycle a wheel originally came on how can anyone know what it will fit and what parts are compatible with it? Ed

The rear wheel of a C2 was 18" and alloy, right? If yes, how would that fit?'
