Floppy brake lever

I'm rebuilding my master cylinder on the Z1. While I'm there, is there a good way to tighten a floppy brake lever? I thought about drilling and inserting a small bushing. Anybody tried that?

is your brake lever egged out or is it the mounting screw?ive got extra levers if ya need one.

The hole in the lever still seems to be concentric, the shoulder bolt is worn on one side pretty good, but there is a good gap all the way around the bolt. How hard is it to find that metric shoulder bolt? I didn't see it listed with Jeff and company.

Yep. Did that to both sides of (of all things...) a 1956 K model (flathead pre-Sportster).

Works like a charm, De-burr well, goop inner and outer bushing surfaces well with grease and re-install. Re-grease every year or two...
