D.I.D rear rim question was created by Kawman
Hello, I'm going to have my wheels rebuilt (hubs blasted and polished, stainless spokes and new rims). What do I do about the D.I.D. rear rims. They don't come pre-drilled with the two rim lock holes. Do I drill them myself or are there any other options ??? Don't really want to ride without the locks installed...

There's nothing particularly complex about the rim lock holes. I would think it easy to drill your own. Of course look at your old wheel to determine how they positioned the rim locks 180 degrees apart most likely and do the same.
I would run without them if it was me, no need for them if you have normal air pressure in the tires. KZ650 is not going to slip the tire on the wheel as long as it's aired up.
