Fork Brace Fender combo interest? was created by SeattleKZ
I'm thinking of having a friend of mine make 10 fork brace and fender sets for KZ900, KZ1000 and Z1's. I'm not a business just a rider and I was hoping I could bring cost down and get a bunch of these made. He says if he makes 10 he'll do them for $300 each. He already makes fenders for choppers and they sell really well with lots of great reviews. No bondo needed. If I can get 10 people to buy in with me we could all make out. They will be something like this but better quality. I made this one as an example his will be A LOT higher quality. Aluminum or steel available Chrome plating or polishing up to you.
This is an example of the quality he provides.
The fender will be welded to the fork brace. It's basically the same set up as stock but with a much stronger brace/bracket to improve handling. a slightly smaller fender to look more sporty.

They look like nice fenders, but at $300 that is too steep for me.

Stock replacements are $250, not as good of quality and these improve handling. I figured they would be worth it. I'm getting one for my bike whether people buy in or not.

To be clear this is a fork brace with a fender welded to it. Stock fenders are $250 and forks braces range from $80-$200. At $300 that's less than other options. I'll be ordering one for myself in aluminum and polishing it. If anybody wants one let me know.
