that part is internally installed between the bearings, did you remove a bearing to check for it?Rocky wrote: i dont have that part and nobody sells that part.

It's a lot easier to just stick your finger through the center of the bearing and feel for it.

Are sprockets aligned?
Is chain kinked?
Is chain properly lubed?
With chain removed, does the problem persist?
